April 25, 08.Zorra - Okay, so we're trying something with these side boxes, hope they'll make it a little easier to get news and such about the site, also the Cbox is on the side too, so no more scrolling to the bottom on the screen to see it.
It is winter in the forest and snow is falling through out the lands.
The changing lands are the perfect winter wonderland, better get over there with your pups and have some fun before it returns to the scared waste land on sand and dust in the summer
IC Information
The snow has filled the river in Ivory Fang terratory and they need to find another sorce of water. The lake in the loner lands has partly frozen over and one will need to walk on the ice to get a drink. Wildlife is flurishing though, most of the bigger prey has gone into hibornation, but the small prey is plentuyful

The rather ordinary looking wolf walked along the river towards the famous bend. One look at her would make you think she was meerly an Omega, low down in the pack with no great skills at all. But, looks can be deciving! This femme was Chiyo, alpha female of Crystal Pelt, the oldest pack in the entire forest and the stem of all the other packs. As you get closer to Chiyo, you realise there is something stronger, more unique inside of her. The half closed brown eyes and the cheeky grin show her true nature inside.
Walking along the river, she stopped directly in the bend, she the river flowed on each side of her. Here she waited. She had just taken over position as alpha, and her main goal was to talk to Silver, or Quick-Silver as he was known around here. His and her own pack were meant to be allies, but she wasn't sure of exactly how true this was, not after all that had happened. Still, if she could tie those links together and strengthen the bonds between the packs, she'd have a better chance of bringing all the packs together again, which was her main goal after all. Though she knew it was incredibly unlikely she would be able to get the magnificent Crystal Pelt pack back, she could at least try. This was her goal, though you wouldn't know by her actions. It was a real twist in the tale of her life.
SHe knew Silver would be busy in his pack, but she waited anyway, hoping to bump into a wolf to talk to, maybe a loner, maybe a pack wolf like herself. Only time would tell.
